| When To Arrive | Plan to arrive on October 4th and gather that evening in the hospitality room for registration and a briefing. All pilots, spouses and guests are invited to the hospitality room to meet each other and make plans for the next three days. | |
| Arriving By Airlines | Commercial airlines serving Boise include all major airlines. | |
| Flying In | Tie down and hangars available at the Boise Air Terminal/Gowen Field (KBOI). This will work the best for our members who fly in because of proximity to the motel. | IANRP President's Message |
Hello IANRP members and natural resource aviation enthusiasts. I am Jeff Faught the current president of the association. I am pleased to announce that the next meeting and workshop will be held at the Best Western Vista Inn and Conference Center http://www.bestwesternidaho.com in Boise Idaho on October 5th thru the 7th 2010. We have a block of rooms set aside for the attendees at a rate of $79.00 + tax. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Also visit http://boise.org for lots of local information. The workshop registration fee will be $50.00 per registrant. Please contact Larry Gepfert through the IANRP.org web site for pre-registrations. We have a great line up of presenters, vendors and tours for you as well as plenty of time to share vital information about what we do and how we do it in the natural resource aviation business. We are planning a workshop emphasizing safety and productivity. Our key note speaker will be Rich Stowell http://www.richstowell.com who is a renowned flight instructor and author specializing in emergency maneuver, unusual attitude and spin training. Rich will also be available to give dual instruction in your aircraft or his Decathlon which will be based at Caldwell Idaho (KEUL). This is a great opportunity to get the best type of recurrent training for the type of flying we do. Please make arrangements with Rich for your specialized dual or your BFR instruction. Some of the other subjects to be presented are on 406mhz ELTs, flight tracking, search and rescue, wildlife projects with the use of aircraft, aero medical issues and industry products. Plus aircraft and product demonstrations. If you are flying in to KBOI with your aircraft we will have a designated spot to park for you and the display aircraft. Please stay tuned for further updates on the schedule on http://ianrp.org and Con-Aero. Thank you, Jeff Faught IANRP Acting President
